Purpose-built TA/ATC facility.

• CPG financed and constructed a purpose-built facility in conjunction with Defence Estates.
• The building comprised 6000 sq. ft. and comprised separate TA/ATC accommodation either side of a shared hall within a secured area that met with the Defence Estates' security standards. A new firing range was also constructed to the rear of the site.
• The new premises were a major improvement over the existing TA/ATC premises which were acquired by CPG to make way for a new Tesco development.
• The property was named the ‘William Legge Bourke Cadet Centre’ at an official opening/handing-over ceremony in 2010.
